Carteret County Community Health Assessment
The purpose of the Community Health Assessment is to provide and understanding of the current health status and needs of Carteret County, along with community strengths, assets, and potential resources to address those needs. The goal is to provide a compilation of health data and information with which appropriate planning may take place to improve the overall health of the community.
